VI. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

GEOKey's products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults (enterprise SEO practitioners, website administrators, and technical decision-makers). Therefore, we do not target minors (the age of minors shall be determined in accordance with the laws of your country and the cultural practices of various countries and regions) as users, nor do we intentionally collect minors' personal information. At the same time, we strongly encourage guardians to actively participate in and pay attention to minors' activities, interests, and hobbies. If GEOKey discovers that minors' personal information has been collected without prior consent from a guardian, such information will be deleted.

VII. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally

(I) Purpose of cross-border transfer
We provide products or services through resources and servers around the world. In order to complete the essential steps required by our core business model, cross-border data transfer activities may occur.
(II) Scope and destinations of personal information transferred cross-border
The personal information transferred cross-border includes: email address, country, name, gender, company name, mobile phone number, shipping address, and nickname. We will synchronize your personal information among our data centers in the United States, Germany, and China. This means that your data will be synchronized to servers in the United States, Germany, and China, and stored and processed there. This transfer is intended to ensure that we can provide continuous and high-quality services.
(III) Obtaining your consent
By registering for and using our services, you consent to the possibility that your personal information may be transferred to and stored in data centers in the United States, Germany, and China. We will adopt strict security measures to protect your data and ensure that it is used only for the lawful purposes described in this Policy.
If you do not agree, you may choose "Disagree," which may affect our ability to provide services to you.
Based on your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to data centers in the United States, Germany, and China.
(IV) Risk statement
Please note that data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your country, which means that the level of protection for your personal information in other countries may also differ. Although we adopt strict security measures, there are still certain risks in cross-border data transfers.
We regularly assess and update our data protection measures to ensure that your personal information receives the highest standard of protection even during cross-border transfer.
(V) Protective measures
After collecting your information, we will store your personal information in our self-built server rooms and encrypt it in accordance with security control requirements. It will then be transmitted overseas through database synchronization. During data transmission, the HTTPS protocol is used to secure the transmission channel.
During cross-border data transfer, dedicated lines are used for transmission. Through international dedicated lines, real-time bidirectional data synchronization is achieved. Because this is real-time synchronization at the database level, the data flows in the same way throughout each stage of its lifecycle. As long as data at any one point is updated, it will be synchronized to other points in real time.
Only company-authorized operations and maintenance personnel may remotely access data stored in overseas data centers, and we strictly monitor and audit access activities.
